This is the home for Yuanpeng's personal knowledge base organized in a Wiki manner. I have multiple ways to note down my learnings across various topics, technical ones and academic ones. For those random notes, I would keep them in my Notion workspace. For those topics that I went through systematically and which I feel in a share-ready form, I would compose an article and post it into my personal blog at iris2020.net. Though, the blog system does come with tags and archive features, the knowledge hosted there is still a bit disordered and not well-organized in such a way that it can be treated as a book-like system. This is where a Wiki platform can come to help. A not-so-perfect analogy for the comparison between a blog and Wiki system is that between Google and Wikipedia. We can do a lot of things with Google but for hosting knowledge in a systematic way, we still need something like Wikipedia.
The current Wiki platform is hosted on Yuanpeng's own Oracle cloud instance, using the
Wiki.js
system and deployed using the docker compose approach.
The Wiki system will be roughly divided into two main scopes -- technical and academic topics.
